We strongly encourage participants to take advantage of the Early Registration rates available until May 15, 2026.

What the Registration Fee Includes

Full Registration (Members, Non-Members, LMICs)

• Access to all scientific sessions

• Conference materials

• Welcome reception

• Coffee breaks and lunches (as specified in the final program)

• Conference dinner

• Certificate of attendance

Student Registration (Undergraduate & Graduate only)

• Access to all scientific sessions

• Conference materials

• Coffee breaks and lunches (as specified in the final program)

• Certificate of attendance

⚠️ Please note: The conference dinner is not included in the student registration fee.

Proof of student status (undergraduate or graduate level) is required at the time of registration.

Registration Policies

• At least one author per accepted paper must register at the appropriate rate.

• Each registration covers up to two accepted papers.

• Additional accepted papers require payment of the corresponding extra paper fee.

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
